Sarah has absolutely enjoyed this enrichment program. Thank you for all that you do! You are both amazing women, and Bri actually told me she loves you both. I'm so grateful she was able to learn with you this week. As she left with her dad a little while ago, she said to him, "I'll tell you all about Snap Circuits." "I love how my son takes his online game strategies offline and creates games around the house with his younger sister and creates elaborate rules and rewards and consequences. Her classes and camps are creative and imaginative and give kids opportunities to build and solve problems collaboratively. We LOVE them!” - Mother of Kindergartener

Oliver LOVES this class! Thanks for all you do for him :) "The best thing about Ms. Couvillion’s class is how much I have learned about not just playing games, but also how to build something with strategy and planning. I like computers because they have smart brains and I can create with them. Ms. Couvillion is awesome! She has taught me a lot, I love her!” - Kindergartener I had the pleasure of witnessing parts of most sessions and the kids were always engaged and enthusiastic. I was impressed with the assortment of cool Lego gear and the mechanisms the kids were coming up with to accomplish their missions. My son loved to tell us about the designs he had in mind or had built and how he came up with them. It’s a great class and he’s ready to sign up for another. |
Cloey cried this morning when she realized it was the last class! She has absolutely loved learning with you! I asked Noah yesterday what his five favorite things are in FTE. His first was gym. :). His second was your programming class! He was so extremely proud of the Flappy Bird program he did last week. He and I both so appreciate that you're letting him go at his own pace instead of lockstep instruction in something he already knows. So, top grades from us! I liked how the kids weren’t assigned a specific design task and that we got to pick what robot designs we wanted. The Legos were just the right skill level for us. Sometimes we ran out of a specific Lego piece so we had to improvise. Ms. Couvillion's teaching was really easy to understand and it was serious but very pleasant. |
